Constant and reliable operation of grain dampening

Application : The machine mixes the water with the wheat, intensively and uniformly in the shortest way. The machine distributes the moisture evenly and penetrates it to each grain. The moisture addition up to 5% is possible on this machine. It meets today's requirement of sanitation and maintenance in flour mills, it is used for adding water to wheat ahead of the tempering bins in cleaning section or for moistening prior to 1st break.

Operation : The water added at the wheat feed point is quickly mixed with the wheat. The quickly turning rotor ensures intensive mixing and pushes the product, with its vanes set at an incline, towards the outlet. The continuous friction of the moist kernels among one another uniform distribution of the dampening water. The wheat kernels spin slowly along the jacket sheet towards the outlet, accelerated by the rotor and by the effect of centrifugal force without the kernels being damaged by the beater paddles set at an incline.
