Application : The
machine is used for grading of cereal grains in to a Mixed and a
Light fraction Heavy impurities such as stones, metal, glass etc,
are removed from any type of grain such as Wheat, Rice Pulses,
Soyabean, Barley etc.
Operation
: The material is fed from shut off valve to the oscillating
screen. A uniform current of air is passed from below through this
screen. The air creates a fluidized bed of material. The light material
is suspended above the screen, floating down the slope under the
influence of gravity. The heavy material sinks to the surface of
the screen and is conveyed up the slope by the oscillations of the
deck. The material spread out on the screen is directed to different
points of discharge due to adjustable transverse inclination of
the deck. The machine is run with 2 Nos. Vibro Motors. The machine
is easy to control and easy to adjust.
