Ice BankTank is constructed from three layers of Stainless Steel.The inner most tank hold the milk, then comes the chilled water tank and the ice bank itself, finally the outer layer, packed with high quality, non setting fiber glass insulation, fully tested copper cooling coils are at the heart of the chilling system, with spray rails distributing iced water spray maximum capacity, wide radius corners, easy cleaning as do self supporting inspection lids. The tank come complete with handy calibrated measuring Rod.
