Question 1 What are your payment terms?
Answer

All payment should be made in US dollars, unless otherwise specified in the quotation sent to you. We give the following options for payment:

Full Advance Payment:
This method is most convenient for small orders as it minimizes the bank charges involved in other methods of payment. You may send payment by Check or Bank Draft favoring Bellstone Hi-Tech International to our postal address, or, you may send Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Wire Transfer to our Bankers under intimation to us.

Part Payment in Advance:
For larger orders, we expect that you send 25% value in advance. Balance payment is payable against delivery of documents through your bank. This method involves Bank Charges which are payable by the customer.

Letter of Credit:
We expect Sight Letter of Credit against bulk orders. This method involves considerable Bank charges. All Bank Changes as per the terms of Letter of Credit, must be to the account of the buyer.

Question 3 How to place my order ?
Answer Once you are on the products page, you can access the prices and then fill up the required quantity and click add to cart button to add the item in your shopping cart. The shopping cart designed in such a way that it keeps record of all the selected  products, while you are browsing. After completion, you can click view cart button to get the list of items in your shopping cart. A form can be filled and submitted via e-mail to us will include this cart list.
Question 4 How can I search products from website? 
Answer On the top of every page, there is a search bar where you can write name of the product you want to search. The search  engine will generate a page giving list and categories of all the matched words. Later you can click on the desired
product’s name to browse its details.
Question 5 What is the warrantee period on your products?
Answer We stand one year warranty on all supplied material. On selected products, we even give warranty for two years.
Question 6 What is the minimum order I can place? 
Answer We expect your minimun orders to be of atleast US$ 500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller  sample orders in the beginning in order to test market our products. Samples against cost are available on request. 
On receipt of inquiry, we shall send Performa Invoice.

Can I have products in my company's name on it?

Answer Yes, we do customized job. We also provide the products as well as their packing and labeling with buyers brand name.

How much time do you take to process the order?

Answer Most of the products are ex-stock available otherwise it varies from product / qty. etc.

Will you send some performa invoice before finalising the order?

Answer Yes. A Performa Invoice is sent prior finalising the order, which mention all necessary details as freight, delivery, insurance etc.

Answer All our products are packed with export quality packing suitable for handling and transportation by Rail/Road/Sea /Air. Insurance charges will be mentioned in the Performa Invoice if specially asked for it.

Answer It varies depending on the weight & volume of quantity of the shipment and is mentioned in the Performa Invoice.
