It is a double walled bath with inner chamber made of stainless and outer wall made of M.S. sheet duly enamel painted. The gap between outer and inner walls in filled with special grade glass wool insulation. The concentric rings can be removed to accommodate containers of various sizes.
Temperature from ambient to 100°C ± 0.5°C is controlled by "EGO"/"JUMO" GERMAN thermostat.
