Salient Features:

* Bellstone Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machine, the units is all made of Stainless Steel. One Ampoule is fed from a hopper and transferred by conveyour through the station of progressing, filling, post-gassing. Filled and sealed ampoules are collected through discharge chute.
* Facility to stop feeding of ampoule without stopping the machine.
* Centering of ampoules for non-interference insertion of filling needles.
* Spring loaded valve in the filling needle to suck back the last drop clinging to the needle after the filling stroke, to prevent moistening of ampoule’s neck.

* No ampoule, no fill interlock.
