Bellstone Microprocessor Based Digital Tablet Dissolution Test Apparatus, Order Code : BHI- PTM -4550 The rate of release of medicament in tablets or capsules, under specified condition, can be determined by Dissolution Test. This advanced six stations Microprocessor based instrument is designed to conduct six Dissolution Test at a time as per IP/BP/USP Standards.

The apparatus is equipped with four lines alphanumeric informative LDC Screen which indicates Stirrer RPM, Temperature, Test time, Elapsed time, set time interval, Real time and other test parameters. The unit consists of sturdy acrylic constant temperature water bath. Seven unbreakable dissolution vessels with covers having arrangement to hold thermometer and PT-100 Sensors are placed in water bath. Large spread out stainless steel heater ensures perfectly uniform heating heating, eliminating use of any noisy, vibrating circulating pump.

The self-explanatory feather-touch keyboard enables to set the test Parameters such as Stirrer RPM Temperature Test Time interval etc. The apparatus is having facility to set the test Parameter for twenty routine tests and five sustained release tablet tests, in which eight variable time intervals can be set. Battery back up facility is provided to store all these test parameters in the memory of the system. The functions of the apparatus are displayed different menus appearing on wide four line alphanumeric LCD display. The unit is having facility to enter the batch number and to select the procedure as per USP-I, II, ,IP, II specifications.

The apparatus is equipped with reliable maintenance-free stepper motor drive for stirrers. This motor drives special type of tining belts which are coupled to stirring shafts for maintaining uniform, accurate & constant speed. The speed of the stepper motor is controlled and maintained by advanced microprocessor based system. The unique feature of this equipment is sturdy mechanism, consisting of six Dissolution Vessels, Six Stainless Steel Stirring Shafts with Blades, Six Stainless Steel Shafts with Clamps for holding baskets and Six Stainless Steel Dissolution Baskets. The dimensions of the vessels shafts blades and baskets are as per IP / USP Specification. The material used for the vessels and grade of Stainless Steel used for the shafts, Blades, Baskets also strictly confirm to IP / USP Specifications. The Material used for the vessels and grade of Stainless Steel used for the shafts Blades Baskets like 50, 100, or 150 RPM can be easily set with the help of user-friendly keyborad and informative display.

The apparatus is having reliable dual channel system with two PT-100 temperature sensors to monitor the important test temperature of dissolution vessel as well as bath temperature independently. A Certified thermometer is supplied with the instrument. The audio signal sounds at ever set test time interval and after complete test is ver .The stirring platform is lowered or raised by power ful motorized mechanism. This function is controlled from 'Key-Board' and suitable indication is displayed on LCD display temperature of dissolution vessel as well as bath temperature independently. The stirring platform is lowered or raised by power ful motorized mechanism. This funcation is displayed on LCD display.

The unit provided with socket to accept universal centronics parallel printer interface to prepare validation charts.

The set Validation Certificates are provided for the apparatus, Parameter and dimension. The necessary qualification protocols IQ, OQ, PQ, SD are give with the apparatus.
